Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

Format Compliance and Final Review

Please make sure that your paper adheres to the conference’s formatting guidelines, including font size, margins, and layout. Use the provided Microsoft Word or LaTeX to format your paper correctly. Carefully proofread your paper to correct any typographical errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues. Ensure that all figures and tables are clear and properly labeled.

Paper Validation

Before submitting the Camera-ready version in EasyChair, please validate your PDF file. For this purpose, you must use the IEEE PDF eXpress site. This is crucial to ensure that the papers are compatible with IEEE Xplore. If you already have an account, log in with the same email address and password used for previous conferences. Otherwise, use the following steps to create a PDF eXpress Account:

• Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website.
• Select the “New Users - Click Here” link.
• Enter the Conference ID: 62161X, your email address, and a password.
• Follow the instructions to set up your account.

Final Submission

Submit the validated PDF along with any additional required files (e.g., source files, supplementary material) through the EasyChair web site.

You are required to submit your source files in EasyChair. Failure to do so will result in the removal of the paper from the proceedings and the program.

The submission deadline is on August 16, 2024. Once the camera-ready version of your paper is submitted and approved, the authors will receive instructions on how to sign the Copyright forms.
